The melting tanks are designed to melt and maintain fluid large quantities of chocolate which will be later used to feed tempering or enrobing machines. A mixer inside the bowl, made of stainless steel AISI304, keeps the chocolate fluid and even. In order to preserve the chocolate organoleptic characteristics, the heating system is achieved by bain-marie controlled by a thermo-regulator. The tanks can be equipped with a system for transferring the chocolate to specific machines such as tempering or enrobing machines (TS50C / TS120C / TS250C / TS300C) through an auger and stainless steel heated double-chamber pipes.
